What you’ll be doing

Are you an experienced digital marketing professional looking to work with some of the biggest names in book publishing? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, award-winning marketing team? Are you looking for a role that will give you the opportunity to be at the forefront of digital growth for the business?

As a key member of the marketing team you will lead the development of digital marketing strategy across Headline imprints. You will act as the voice of digital within the business working with the wider Headline teams to drive sales growth, title visibility and discoverability, and direct-to-consumer relationships across a variety of online platforms. You will have the opportunity to develop and take ownership of new digital initiatives to drive commercial growth, and to establish Headline as a digital frontrunner within publishing.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial digital marketer who can lead a new phase of digital marketing growth for Headline. You should have a proven passion for all things digital and be excited about constantly innovating and improving the ways we connect our books with readers. The role requires an analytical and creative thinker with excellent communication and the confidence and ability to plan and organize work effectively.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Are a digital expert with experience of embedding digital into all elements of the marketing output
  • Have significant experience in product marketing within the digital environment.
  • Have experience in digital product marketing in the FMCG industry.
  • Have experience managing, developing and measuring digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Have proven experience of communicating with and getting buy-in from multiple different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Have budget management experience – including planning, tracking and analyzing spends for return on investment and allocation of resource.
